To type in a symbol:

1Press d. The message “1-4?” appears on the display.

2Press a key 1 to 4 to choose the set that contains the desired symbol.

3Press < or > until the cursor is under the desired symbol.

4Press h. The symbol appears in the text.

EXAMPLE

To add the symbol “ ”:

1Press d.

1-4?

2Press 3.

3 Press > until the cursor is under .

4Press h.
