Using your Diverse 1015 answering machine

To record your first outgoing message (A1)

•Press the MODE button until the voice says ÔOperation Mode. Call Recording after announcement 1Õ. Display shows A1.

•Press the MODE button. Voice says ÔModeÕ.

•Press the RECORD button within 3 seconds. Your handset rings.

•Press the PHONE button on your handset (only if handset is not on the base).

The voices says ÔRecording announcementÕ.

•Press the PHONE button to end the recording.

•Your recording is played back.

or if

•You are including a concluding message press the GREEN button on the base station immediately after recording your outgoing

message.

or

•You may leave silence for approximately

4 seconds after recording your outgoing message. The voice prompts you for the concluding message and you may then record your concluding message.

•Press the PHONE button to end the recording.

•Both your outgoing message and the concluding message is played back.

To play back your first outgoing message (A1)

•Press the MODE button until the voice says ÔOperation Mode. Call Recording after announcement 1Õ.

•Press the MODE button. Voice says ÔModeÕ.

•Press the PLAY button. Your message is played back. Along with any concluding message.

•Stop playback at any time by pressing the STOP button.

To delete your first outgoing message (A1)

DELETE

•Press the MODE button until the voice says ÔOperation Mode. Call Recording after announcement 1Õ. Display shows A1.

•Press the MODE button.

•Press and hold the DELETE button until the outgoing message is deleted.
