Limited 1-year warranty. Caframo warranty covers repair or replacement cost of fan only. Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or costs.

This guarantee does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident, improper handling or operation, (including use with dimmer switches) shipping damage, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs made or attempted.

Only parts that prove to be defective during the period of guarantee will be repaired or replaced without charge. Should repair become necessary call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-567-3556

to obtain a return authorization code and mailing instructions.

Note: Products returned from outside Canada must be shipped via regular mail due to customs regulations. Shipments via courier services cannot be accepted.

Cette garantie ne s’applique pas en cas de dommages survenus suite à un accident, une manutention ou un fonctionnement inadéquat (incluant l’utilisation avec des commutateurs de gradateur de lumière), de dommages en cours de transport, d’abus, d’emploi abusif ou de réparations non autorisées faites ou qu’on aura tenté de faire.

Seules les pièces qui s’avèrent être défectueuses durant la période de garantie seront réparées ou remplacées sans frais. Si des réparations étaient nécessaires, il suffit d’appeler le service à la clientèle au 1-800-567-3556 pour obtenir un code d’autorisation de retour et les directives pour l’envoi des pièces par la poste.

Remarque : Les produits retournés de l’extérieur du Canada doivent être expédiés par la poste ordinaire en raison des règlements douaniers. Les envois par services de messagerie ne seront pas acceptés.
