Unpacking the Unit
Inspect the unit once the packaging has been opened for any damage occurred during shipping & contact us immediately. Please keep the packing material for further use.
Warranty Registration
Califone warrants the NC500TFC to be free from defective material and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. Our“Project Intercept”Customer Satisfaction program will replace defective parts and repair malfunctioning equipment under this warranty when the defect occurs under normal use.
All Damage Claims Must be made with the Freight Carrier Notify the freight carrier immediately if you observe any damage to the shipping carton or product. Repack the unit in the carton and await inspection by the carrier’s claim agent. Notify your dealer of the pending freight claim.

The Califone NC500TFC Active Noise Canceling Headphone can be used on its own for creating the quietest of individual settings such as during high stakes testing, or connected to an audio source for optimal sound quality.
• When connecting the NC500TFC to an audio source for use as a pair of headphones, plug the included 3.5mm end of the connecting cable into the headphone and other 3.5mm or ¼”plug on the other end into the audio source (CD or MP3 player, computer or other multimedia player). When used this way, the integrated LINX AUDIO™ system automatically enhances harmonics in the audio signal to increase clarity and richness of the sound. Note: The batteries do not need to be installed for the NC500TFC to be used as headphones.
•To enable the active noise canceling system for additional reduction of ambient noise, the power must be switched on. The active noise canceling system can work simultaneously while using the headphone to listen to an audio source.
