Preheat the Calphalon No Peek Waffle Maker on “Medium” heat. Using a measuring cup, pour about 2 cups of batter into the hot waffle maker and close. The maker will indicate when the waffle is done.
Topping
Place all the ingredients into medium sauce pan and warm thor- oughly. Pour warm topping over waffles and serve immediately. Serves 2

Zest of 1 large navel orange Juice of ½ of large navel orange
Method
Place all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and warm on medium heat. Pour over waffles and serve.
Enough for 6 to 8 waffles.
