8.Software Maintenance
The Avaya Configuration Cradle uses proprietary software programs written and maintained by SpectraLink Corporation. The software version can be displayed via the Help menu.
Download the latest Avaya Configuration Cradle software from: http://www.spectralink.com/service/software.php.
The software is delivered in a zip. Install the update by extracting the zip and overwriting the existing PhoneConfig.exe and other files.
Please follow customary backup procedures to preserve file integrity.
