extend the capabilitiesof Color Universal Send. Incoming

faxescan also be automatically routed to other devices,

destinations, orusers with the Job Forwarding feature for

superiorworkflow management.

The ColorimageRUNNER C4080 Series includes internal Mail

Boxesfor document storage and print-on-demand applications.

Documentscan be combined and printed as a single job or sent

to multiple destinationsin a variety of formats. For files that are

too large fore-mail or require a large distribution list, the URL

Send feature can e-mail a linkto notify recipients that they can

remotelypreview via PC and, if necessary, printfrom the device.

Personal Version 4 asa total end-to-end document solution.

with the device.

With the industry’sfirst Web Access Software option, you can

when you don’thave access to a computer.*

ColorUniversal Send supports the Web-based Distributed

Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) protocol, enabling you to

securelysend documents to a shared storage service over the

Internet. Collaborate on documentswith others, whether theyare
