Shooting – The Basics
Continuous Shooting
Use this mode to shoot successive shots
while the shutter button is pressed.
zContinuous shooting speed is as follows*.
*Large/Fine mode with LCD monitor off (These figures
reflect Canon’s testing standard. The figures will vary
depending on the subject and shooting conditions.)

Mode) using the

Press the shutter button halfway to
lock the focus.

Press the shutter button all the
way to shoot.
zShooting will stop when the shutter button is
released.
zThe interval between shots may lengthen
somewhat when the internal memory
becomes full.
zThe flash can be used, but the interval
between shots will lengthen to
accommodate the flash recharge time.
