Setting the Flash Adjustment/Flash Output

*1 When [Flash Adjust] is set to [Manual], flash output settings can be made.

*2 [Flash Output] can be set.

zWhen [Flash Adjust] is set to [Auto], settings can be adjusted in 1/3-stop increments in the range

Flash Adjust of -2EV to +2EV.

zYou can enjoy flash photography with exposure adjustments with the combined use of the camera’s exposure compensation function.

zIn M mode or when [Flash Adjust] is set to

Flash Output [Manual], the flash output can be controlled in three steps, starting from FULL, when shooting.

2Select (+/- (Flash) or Flash Output) using the S or T arrow.
3 Adjust the

e.g. [Flash Adjust]

compensation using

set to [Auto]

the W or X arrow.

 

zYou can shoot the image

e.g. [Flash Adjust]

right after selecting settings set to [Manual] by pressing the shutter

button. The menu displays again after the shot, allowing you to change the settings easily.
