Configuring theC omfortLinktController

Configuration settings for the ComfortLink controller are
changed by using the Scrollin g Marquee display. A password
may be required to edit the configurations, depending on the
previous settings configured in the unit. Default password is
“1111.” Use the arrow keys to scroll th ered LED on the display
to the “Configuration” po sition and press ENTER.Scroll
through themenu until UNIT isfound and press ENTER.After
reaching the UNIT sub-menu, scroll to FS.SW (Fire S hutdown
Input) and press ENTER twice, change th e value to 1 (Normal
Open) with the arrow keys, p ress ENTERagain. P ress
ESCAPE three times to return to the top level of the menu.

Thesmoke detector must be testedand maintained regularly
following NFPA 72 requirements. The smoke detector
shouldbe cleaned at least once a year.
