Cary Audio is not liable for data stored on the MS-1. As with any hard drive, failure can
destroy data or render it inaccessible. For this reason, we provide a backup scheme to
copy your files to an external data storage device. Always keep your original music discs
and backup in a safe location.

also the artists who create the music. These artists deserve to be paid for their hard work.
For this reason, we strongly recommend loading your MS-1 only with music CDs that
you own. Music is intellectual property and is subject to worldwide copyright protection.
SOFTWARE
This product contains Linux which is made available under the GNU GPL license version
2. Upon request, Cary Audio Design will deliver or make available (for a charge no more
than the cost of physically performing source distribution) a complete machine-readable
copy of the corresponding source code used in the MS-1 on a medium customarily used
for software interchange. This offer is valid for a period of three years after the date of
purchase of this product.
