Getting Started
To play the piano

2. Use the MAIN VOLUME knob to set the volume to a relatively low level.
3. Play something on the keyboard.
Selecting a Tone

2. Press the TONE button of the tone you want to select.
This causes the button’s indicator lamp to light, and displays the tone that is currently selected for that button.

3. Use the []/[ ] buttons to select the tone you want.
Example:
For this example, press [ ] button four times.
You can also change the tone setting by rotating the selector dial.
The display exits the tone setting screen if you do not perform any operation for about 10 seconds. You can also exit the tone setting screen by pressing the EXIT/NO button.
The GRAND PIANO tone was recorded using stereo sampling.
When one of the drum sets is selected (tone numbers 261 through 270), each keyboard key is assigned a different percussion sound. See page
