Removing the rechargeable lithium-ion battery

1.Remove the back label.

2.Use a Phillips head (+) screwdriver to remove the two screws.

3.Remove the front case (the side with the buttons and indicators).

•If the front case is difficult to remove, insert a flat blade (–) screwdriver into the gap of the case and then open it.

4.Disconnect the rechargeable lithium-ion battery connector and then remove the battery.

5.Do not dispose of the battery. Be sure to take it in for recycling.

•Contact your original dealer or authorized CASIO service center for information about

recycling.

6.After removing the lithium-ion battery, be sure to dispose of the pointer in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations in your geographic area.
