Open therollerdoorfully.For safety,tiea ropearound thedoor (as shown).

Mark thepositionfthe dooraxleon therighthand doorbracket.

E nsure that the U -bolt on the le ft h and (non opener) side of th e doo r is secure .

• Carefullyremove theU- bolton therighthand side, checkingthat thespringtensioninside therollerdoorisnotbeingreleased.

You willneed assistance for the followingsteps. To safely supporthe doorslide orlifthedooraxleclearofthe door bracket,supportingthedoorweightwitha doorstand orsimilar device.Then slipthedooropeneroverthedooraxle.

NOTE: T he forks should engage either side of thesupport spoke.

dooraxleontothe doorbracketinthepositionthathedooraxle was originally.Cla mp the openertothedooraxlethrough thedoor bracketwith the bracketplate,8m m boltsand nuts(supplied). Tightensufficientlytofasten the opener firmlytotheaxlei.e. 25Nm-28Nm.

• Remove anyropes used.
