Attach upper and lower front panel to	cart with 1/4-20x1/2" screws, 7mm	Flat Washer and
7mm Lock Washer on each side.	panel with #10-24x1/2" screws and	#10-24 hex nuts.
Attach upper front panel to lower front

#10-24 Hex Nut

4	Turn assembly upside down.
	Insert axle rod into wheel, axle spacer, legs and other axle spacer and wheel, Attach with (1) axle washer and hitch pin.
	Push leg extenders into right legs.

Attach back brace to cart with 1/4-20x1/2" screws,

7mm Flat Washer and 7mm Lock Washer on each side.
