Warning-Battery Disposal
The Spotlight is powered b y a battery which will ha ve a long lif e span. When the battery is no longer
functioning, it should be remo ved fr om the Spotlight and pr operl y rec yc led. Many states require
recyc ling. Contact your local solid waste authority f or inf ormation on recyc ling.
Before disposing of the battery, wrap exposed terminals with hea vy tape to prevent a shorting
condition, whic h could cause fire and/or injury.
NEVER EXPOSE THE B ATTERY T O HIGH HEAT OR FIRE; B ATTERY MAY EXPLODE UNDER THESE
CONDITIONS.
