Read the entire RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION section at the beginning of this manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.

1.Set the Rocker Switch to the Off (O) position.
2.Place the fan on a flat, stable surface, routing the power cord to the nearest outlet, avoiding tripping hazards or strain on the cord.
3.Plug the cord into the outlet.
4.Press the Rocker Switch to the desired speed:
a.Low (I)
b.High (II)
5.When finished using the fan, turn the
Rocker Switch to Off (O), unplug the unit and store in a safe, dry location.
CAUTION: Should the Fan not start when the unit is plugged in and turned on, or if the motor “hums” but the fan does not rotate, immediately turn off and unplug the
fan and have it serviced by a qualified technician.
INSPECTION AND
MAINTENANCE
To prevent serious injury
from accidental operation or electric shock:
Before appliance inspection or maintenance, make sure the appliance’s switch is turned off, the cord is unplugged, and the unit has cooled completely.
To prevent serious injury from Appliance failure: Do not use damaged appliances. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
1.BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the condition of the Fan. Check for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, the condition of the electric wire and its plug, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
2.To facilitate flow of air, clean the fan blade and grills regularly. To do so:
a.Turn off and unplug the fan. Remove the five screws from the back of the grill and gently pry the grills apart.
b.Wash the front grill in mild detergent and warm water, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
c.Wipe dirt from the blades, rear grill and electrical cord.

3.When not in use, store in a safe, dry location, out of reach of children.
