22)Make sure that Use default gateway on remote network is the only other option selected and press OK.

23)You have now successfully created the connection for the Observer Camera.

24)Right click the newly created icon on the Dial-Up Networking page and select Create Shortcut. Answer Yes to the question Do you want the shortcut placed on the Desktop.

25)Once the Observer is properly connected to the COM port and turned on, clicking on this icon will establish communications.
