This guide is for the networking professional using the Cisco IOS command-line interface (CLI) to manage the Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3040 for Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC), referred to as the switch. Before using this guide, you should have experience working with the Cisco IOS commands and the switch software features. Note The Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3040 for FSC is referred to as the blade switch in the documentation for the Fujitsu Siemens Computers PRIMERGY BX600 S2 blade server (also referred to as the BX600 system in the blade switch hardware documentation).
