To configure a line for both incoming and outgoing calls, use the following command in line configuration mode:

If the line is activated by raising the data set ready (DSR) signal, it functions exactly as a line configured with the modem dialin line configuration command described in the section “Automatically Answering a Modem” earlier in this chapter. If the line is activated by an incoming TCP connection, the line functions similarly to lines not used with modems.
