notafax–noCNGtoneisdetected–thenthecallwillbetransferredtotheassociatedextensionusingtheSIPtrunk.

canbesimplyaMicrosoftExcelspreadsheetthatwillbedefinedasadatasource.
Tocreatethedatabase
1. CreateanExcelspreadsheetthatincludes2columns(CalledNumberandTransferExtension)

MicrosoftExcelwaschosenforsimplicity.ItisalsopossibletouseanyODBCDatabasetypethatissupportby
Windows.
2. SavetheExcelspreadsheetintoafolderontheUCServerplatform(i.e.,Preanswer.xls)
3. NavigatetoControlPanel>AdministrativeTools>DataSources(ODBC)
4. SelecttheSystemDSNtabandclickAdd
5. SelectMicrosoftExcelDriver(.xls)andclickFinish
