Troubleshooting Tips
In the event that the Backup Monitor does not automatically launch on startup, you may manually launch it by running the Launch Backup Monitor shortcut found in the BounceBack Ultimate container within All Programs.

In the event that the Backup Monitor has gone offline, you will need to manually restart it in order to continue normal operation of BounceBack Ultimate.
