The following figure shows an example of how a Compex WL11A+ can work in an Ad-Hoc architecture.

In an Ad-Hoc architecture, there is no limit to the number of wireless clients you can connect.

In an Infrastructure architecture, the number of wireless clients supported depends on the access point.
