4.Wash blades in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

6.To clean Motor Housing and cord, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive products to clean the appliance.
7.Never immerse the electric knife in water or other liquids.
