hub.

 Self Power Input Connectors: This 2-pin (one pin plus voltag e

and the other pin is GND) terminal block connectors are

used to connect str ong power to self-pow er the h u b , the

voltage can be in t he range from +7V to 24VDC.

Please make sure t he polari ty of the input power should be

correctly match the terminal block pins, otherwise it will

damage the hub.

1. Use static electricity discharge precautions.

Remove possible static discharge potential from any

objects that the hub may come in contact with before

installation. This can be accomplished by touching a bare

metal chass is rail afte r you have tu rned off the power.

2. Apply DC power (range from +7V to 24V) to the 2-pin

Terminal Block Connector. The hub was bus-powered by

the upstream USB port, t hi s terminal block connect or is to

add power to ensure enough power for the 7 downstr eam

ports.

3. Connecting USB Host cable: The host cable is either a

standar d A-to-B USB2.0 cable or a scr ew-lock type A-to-B

cable. Please connect the type-A end connector of the

cable to your upstream USB port, then connect the type-B
