Solid aluminum or solid copper materials. Matte white acrylic diffuser. Supplied with an SJ cord assembly. SJ Cord (Standard): 4 1/2" x 1/2" canopy for incandescent or 6 1/4" x 2 7/8" canopy for CFL. One 3 (INC) or 5 (CFL) conductor white SJ cord with a standard overall hang height of 24" (OA), minimum 18" (OA) with either a 4 1/2" x 1/2" canopy for incandescent or a 6 1/4" x 2 7/8" canopy for CFL. Maximum (OA) for CFL is 10'. Optional clear SJ cord (CSJ).

Finish

Standard: Unlacquered Natural Aluminum (NA) [Sustainable Design]. Premium: Matte White (MW), Lacquered Satin Aluminum (SAL), Satin Copper (SCP), Polished Copper (PCP) or Custom Color (CC).

Ballast

Integral electronic HPF, multi-volt 120/277V (347V Canada), thermally protected with end-of-life circuitry to accommodate the specified lamp wattage.

Lamp/Socket

One (1) 26W, 32W (GX24q-3) or 42W (GX24q-4) 4-pin triple CFL lamps or one (1) 100W A-19 lamps. CFL socket injection molded plastic. INC socket fired ceramic rated for 660W-250V. Lamps furnished by others.

Installation

Supplied with either a circle strap mounting canopy or bar strap that mounts to a 4" J-box or plaster ring. Integral safety cable provided with option stem.

Lighting fixtures for MRI facilities are specialized and unique, requiring non- ferrous construction. Fluorescent fixtures cannot be used due to the ferrous parts in ballasts and lampholders. Modified incan- descent fixtures meet the requirements.
