The repairor replacementof any warrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybe excludedfrom such warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentengine has beenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuch abuse, neglect,or impropermainte- nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part. That notwithstanding,any adjustmentof a componentthat hasa factory installed, andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligible for warrantycoverage.
