BV412RVB, BV412SVB specifications

Crate Amplifiers has long been a respected name in the world of guitar amplifiers, providing musicians with quality and versatility for various musical styles. Among their notable offerings are the BV412SVB and BV412RVB speaker cabinets. Both of these models are designed to deliver high-performance sound with unique features that cater to different playing needs.

The BV412SVB is a sealed cabinet that features four 12-inch speakers. This design delivers a rich and full-bodied sound, perfect for guitarists who prioritize tonal clarity and depth. The sealed enclosure helps to enhance low frequencies, ensuring that the low-end punch is both tight and defined. Built with quality components, the BV412SVB is engineered to withstand the rigors of touring and live performances. The solid construction reduces unwanted vibrations, allowing for clearer projection of sound.

On the other hand, the BV412RVB is a vented design, which allows for a more pronounced low-end response. The porting in the cabinet enhances airflow and acoustics, resulting in a powerful bass presence that can be felt as much as it can be heard. This cabinet is ideal for rock and metal genres where heavy, driving riffs demand better low-end performance. The four 12-inch speakers paired with the vented design ensures a fuller, resonant sound that can fill larger venues effortlessly.

Both cabinets utilize high-quality speakers designed by Crate for optimal performance. These speakers are built to handle high wattage, providing headroom for even the most demanding guitarists. The cabinets’ impedance is designed to match well with a wide range of amplifiers, making them extremely versatile in various setups.

The rugged construction includes reinforced corners and durable-grille cloth, ensuring that the appearance and functionality remain intact, even after extensive use. Additionally, the cabinets are equipped with sturdy handles that provide ease of transport, making them a convenient choice for musicians on the go.

Crate's BV412SVB and BV412RVB cabinets represent the pinnacle of performance and durability for guitar players. Whether you seek the clarity of a sealed cabinet or the booming response of a vented design, these amplifiers are tailored for versatile musicianship, making them a coveted addition to any guitarist's arsenal. With their impressive specifications and robust construction, these cabinets continue to uphold Crate's legacy of providing exceptional sound.
