Preparing to Take Pictures

SD Memory Cards

The SD memory card slot is located beneath the battery cover, adjacent to the battery compartment.

Inserting

1.Slide the battery cover open.

2.Slide the SD card into the slot as shown.

3.Close the battery compartment.

Removing

1.Slide the battery cover open.

2.Push and release the SD card. It will eject part way from the slot.

3.Pull the SD card from the slot.

4.Close the battery cover.

When a memory card is inserted, an icon appears in the

LCD.

Images and video files are automatically saved to the SD memory card whenever it is inserted in the camera.
