1cup orange, apple or other fruit juice
1cup soy milk/beverage
1tablespoon vanilla extract
1cup silken tofu, cut into 1" pieces
2cups frozen strawberries (do not thaw)

2cups mango cubes (fresh or frozen, partially thawed)
1/2 cup Tequila
1/3 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
4tablespoons superfine sugar
2cups ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender jar in order listed. Place cover on blender jar. Blend on High for 30 to 40 seconds until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture. Turn blender off. Serve immediately.
