Sea Scallops Skewers Remove tough “foot” (mu scle) and
discard. Pat dry and thread al ternately

minutes, or until opaque throughout.

3 to 4 minutes per side.
Shrimp Skewers Shell and devein, dr y well. Thread onto 3
of the provided skewers. Cook on Hig h for
6 to 8 minutes, or until opaque throug hout.
Shrimp Grill Prepare as above. Cook on High, a bout
2 to 3 minutes per side.
