This old favorite is pure comfort food..

Serves 8 to 10

cooking spray

2 large eggs

½cup granulated sugar

½cup packed light brown sugar

½cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)

½cup all-purpose flour

¹⁄3 cup unsweetened cocoa

½teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¾cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
