Scan-to-Email is easy by choosing email addresses from your network directory using LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) or a local address book. For added convenience, scan and print files directly from your USB flash drive using the easy access USB port on the front. Send colour faxes to your customer using the built-in colour fax functionality. Clear the clutter from your desk and files with digital archiving by using the included SmarThru Office™ software application.
