COBERTURA DE LA GARANTÍA

La cafetera está garantizada por defectos de materiales y de fabricación. Nuestra obligación bajo los términos de esta garantía se limita al cambio o a la reparación sin cargo de la parte o partes defectuosas (excepto las partes que resultaran dañadas accidentalmente durante el transporte), en nuestra fábrica o en un centro autorizado de servicio. El costo de envío de la parte o partes a reparar es responsabilidad del propietario. Esta garantía es válida únicamente si el artefacto se utiliza exclusivamente con corriente alterna y de acuerdo con las instrucciones del fabricante que se suministran con la unidad.

DURACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA

Esta garantía es válida por un año a partir de la fecha de entrega de la unidad, y se aplica exclusivamente al comprador original.

CONDICIONES QUE ANULAN LA VALIDEZ DE ESTA GARANTÍA

La garantía no cubre defectos ni daños que fueran el resultado de reparaciones o modificaciones efectuadas a la máquina fuera de los centros autorizados de servicio o de fábrica. La garantía tampoco tendrá validez si el artefacto ha sido sometido a maltrato, uso indebido o negligencia, ni en el caso de daños por accidente. Esta garantía tampoco reconoce ni cubre perjuicios directos o indirectos emergentes del uso de este producto y/o por el incumplimiento de instrucciones y cláusulas específicamente aclaradas en la garantía. En ciertos estados no se permite la exclusión ni la limitación de perjuicios directos o indirectos, por lo cual, las limitaciones mencionadas anteriormente podrían no ser válidas en su caso particular.
