1.When making mayonnaise, put all ingredients, except the oil, into the blender. Remove the ingredient cap. Then, with the machine running, pour the oil down slowly through the hole in the lid.

2.The machine will not work if the jar is not fitted correctly.

CLEANING YOUR BLENDER

2.The outside of the base can be cleaned by wiping the surface with a damp, soft cloth. CAUTION: Never immerse the base in water or other liquid.

3.Stainless steel jar, ingredient cap, lid, lid seal, sealing ring, blade assembly and blade assembly base may be washed by hand with warm, soapy water.
