1. LOCATION
Place the heater on the floor beneath the coldest window in the room or any desired location. Your heater will minimize the effect of cold drafts. The heater must not be located immediately below an outlet. Do not use this heater in rooms having a surface area less than 45 sq. ft (4 m2).
2. CONNECTION
The radiator must be connected to a properly polarized A/C 120 V household outlet in perfect working conditions.
Keep loose clothing or bedding, furniture and flammable material away from the wall outlet where the heater plug is fit- ted in.
3. GROUND FAULT INTERRUPTION SAFETY DEVICE (GFI PLUG)
This device provides protection against electric shock due to ground fault currents by auto-
matically shutting off the power. To test the operation of the GFI plug switch the heater ON at either the 1 or 2 setting. Press the TEST button on the GFI plug device attached to the plug
end of the power cord. The heater should stop operating and the Power Light should turn off.
Press the RESET button on the GFI plug device to resume normal operation of the heater. This device should not be used as on ON/OFF operation switch.
