FEATURES
Pressure Regulator Knob: Turned to AIRTIGHT and the lower position when cooking to reach pressure, and turned to EXHAUST and in the upper position to release pressure (Quick release method)
Floating Valve: The floating pin is a safety device. It will rise against pressure built up and keep the cover in the locking position until pressure is released.
Self Locking Lid: Allows you to lock the lid to the pressure cooker and does not allow you open the lid until the pressure has dropped to zero.

Condensation Reservoir: Collects excess water during cooking.
Rubber Gasket: Creates an airtight seal that is needed for the Pressure Cooker to operate.

Start: Use to begin the cooking cycle.
Preset: Allows you to delay the cooking start time by 1 to 9 hours later.
