WARNING: Do not allow fans to blow directly into the firebox. Avoidanydraftsthatalterburner flame patterns. Ceiling fans can create drafts that alter burner flame patterns. Altered burner patterns can cause sooting.
WARNING:Donotuseablower insert, hood, heat exchanger insert or other accessory not approved for use with this heater.
Duetohightemperatures,thefirebox should be located out of traffic and away from furniture and draperies.
Firebox front and screen become veryhotwhenrunningheater.Keep children and adults away from hot surfacestoavoidburnsorclothing ignition.Fireboxwillremainhotfor a time after shutdown. Allow surfaces to cool before touching.
Do not place clothing or other flammable material on or near firebox. Never place any objects on the firebox or logs.
You must operate this fireplace withtheprovidedfireplacescreen (closed), hood and brick liner in place. Make sure these parts are in place before running firebox.
Carefully supervise young children when they are in the room with firebox.
