Installing/Replacing the Batteries

This unit comes with 3 AA batteries already installed. These are for in-store demonstration purposes only and should be replaced when you get the toy home. If the sound becomes weak or distorted or the unit otherwise does not function properly, the batteries should be replaced.

1.Using a Phillips screwdriver, open the battery compartment door located on the back of the unit.

2.Insert 3 new AA (R6) batteries in the battery compartment. Make sure batteries match the + and – as indicated in the battery compartment diagram.

3.Replace battery compartment door. Do not overtighten screw.

WARNING : DO NOT THROW BATTERIES AWAY WITH HOUSEHOLD TRASH. PLEASE CONSULT LOCAL REGULATIONS FOR PROPER BATTERY DISPOSAL.

For the Best Possible Performance

• We recommend the use of alkaline batteries for longer life.

•

Do not mix old and new batteries.

•

Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable

Power Button

Press the Power Button to turn the unit on or off. To save battery life, the unit will power off after a brief time if no button is pressed.

TIP: You can also turn on the unit by pressing the Mic Button on the microphone.

Selecting a Song

There are 3 fun built-in Minnie Mouse songs to sing along with! You

can select a song that you want to sing by pressing the Song Button to cycle to the desired song.

Singing to Your MP3 Music (MP3 Mode)

You can sing along to your own music from an MP3 player, CD player, etc by using the MP3 Mode.

1.Open the MP3 Pocket compartment on the back of the unit and pull out the MP3 Line-In Cord.

2.Connect the MP3 Line-In Cord to your audio device’s headphone or line-out jack.

3.Press the MP3 Button on the purse and then press the Play Button on your audio device.

4.Press and hold the Mic Button to sing along to your own music!

Installer/Remplacer les Piles

L'appareil est livré avec 3 piles AA pré-installées. Elles sont destinées à une démonstration en magasin uniquement et doivent être remplacées après acheté le jouet. Si le son faiblit ou se déforme, ou si l'appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement, les piles doivent être remplacées.

1.À l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips pour ouvrir le compartiment des piles situé à l'arrière de l'appareil.

2.Insérez 3 nouvelles piles AA (R6) dans le compartiment. Assurez-vous que les + et les - des piles correspondent aux polarités indiquées sur le diagramme contenu dans le compartiment à piles.

3.Remettez le couvercle du compartiment des piles. Ne serrez pas trop la vis.

Touche alimentation

Appuyez sur le Bouton Power pour allumer ou éteindre. Pour économiser les piles, l'appareil s'éteint après un court instant si vous n'appuyez sur aucun bouton.

CONSEIL : Vous pouvez également allumer l'appareil en appuyant sur la touche Mic du microphone.

Sélection d'une chanson

Il y a 3 chansons amusantes intégrées dans Minnie Mouse que vous pouvez chanter ! Vous pouvez sélectionner une chanson à chanter en

appuyant sur la touche Song jusqu'à atteindre la chanson souhaitée.

Chanter la musique de votre MP3 (mode MP3)

Vous pouvez chanter avec votre propre musique à partir d'un lecteur MP3, d'une lecteur de CD, etc. en utilisant le mode MP3.

1.Ouvrez la poche MP3 à l’arrière de l'appareil et retirez le cordon MP3 Line-In.

2.Raccordez le cordon MP3 Line-In sur le casque ou la prise Line-Out de votre appareil audio.

3.Appuyez sur la touche MP3 du sac à main puis sur Play de votre dispositif audio.

Please keep in mind that the purse will automatically turn off in 15 minutes to save power. To re-engage MP3 Mode once the power turns off, press the MP3 Button again .

Carry your MP3 player around in the MP3 Pocket compartment on the back of the unit.

4.Maintenez appuyée la touche Mic pour chanter sur votre propre musique!

Réglez le volume de votre dispositif audio afin que vous puissiez entendre clairement votre musique et votre voix.

N’oubliez pas que le sac à main s’éteint automatiquement au bout 15 minutes d’inactivité pour économiser l'énergie. Pour remettre le mode MP3 si l'appareil s'éteint, appuyez à nouveau sur le Bouton MP3.

Rangement de votre lecteur MP3

Lors de déplacements, rangez votre lecteur MP3 dans la poche MP3 à l’arrière de l'appareil.

Remove Demo Tab

The unit has a demo tab for in-store demonstration purposes. Make sure to remove this tab from the back of the unit. To do so, gently pull on tab. Dispose of tab properly.

Troubleshooting

•If the unit does not work at all, check the batteries. They are most likely weak and need to be replaced with 3 brand new “AA” batteries. If the unit still does not work after changing the batteries, then take them out and make sure you have installed them properly.

•If there is a distorted or fuzzy sound the batteries are weak. Once again, replace them with new alkaline batteries.

•If improper operation continues, momentarily remove then install batteries, while making sure that you have installed them correctly.

•If the trouble persists, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE UNIT. See warranty for factory services.

Using the Microphone

Pull upwards on the mic to release it from the post on the back of the unit. To return the mic, position it with the large hole over the post, then press downwards on the mic to secure it.

Be relaxed and ready to sing! Press the button on the microphone

Press the Volume UP Button to raise the master (overall)

volume, and press the Volume DOWN Button to lower it.

Using Voice Effects

Change your voice with Hi and Echo voice effects by pressing the

Hi Effect Button or the Echo Effect Button.

L'appareil comporte une languette de démo destinée à une démonstration en magasin. Veillez à retirer cette languette à l'arrière de l'appareil. Pour cela, tirez doucement dessus. Jetez-la correctement.

Dépannage

•Si l’unité ne fonctionne pas du tout, vérifiez les piles. Elles sont probablement faibles et doivent être remplacées avec 3 nouvelles piles “AA”. Si l’unité ne fonctionne toujours pas après avoir changé les piles, sortez-les et assurez-vous de les avoir bien installées.

•Si elle a un son oblique ou flou les piles sont faibles. Encore une fois, remplacez-les avec de nouvelles piles alcalines.

•Si l’opération inadéquate continue, retirez momentanément les piles installées, tout en vous assurant que vous les aviez bien installées.

•Si le problème persiste, NE TENTEZ PAS DE RÉPARER L’UNITÉ. Voir la garantie pour les services du manufacturier.

Utilisation du microphone

Tirez le micro vers le haut pour le sortir de son rangement à l'arrière de l'appareil. Pour remettre le micro, placez-le de sorte à fixer le gros orifice vers le rangement, puis appuyez sur le micro pour le sécuriser.

Tenez-vous prêt à chanter! Appuyez sur le bouton situé sur le micro

Réglage du volume

Appuyez sur la touche Volume UP pour augmenter le volume (global), et appuyez sur la touche Volume DOWN pour le diminuer.

Utilisation des effets vocaux
