The following commands are only applicable to the AC-3 algorithm. If they are
issued when any other algorithm has been loaded, they will be ignored.
Command $40: High Level Dynamic Range control
$FB $20 $40 data $FD
Where data is a byte of value 0..$ff.
0 corresponds to a fractional control value of 0.0.
$ff correspods to a fractional control value of 0.996.
Command $41: Low Level Dynamic Range control
$FB $20 $41 data $FD
Where data is a byte of value 0..$ff.
0 corresponds to a fractional control value of 0.0.
$ff correspods to a fractional control value of 0.996.
