LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
DVDO by Anchor Bay Technologies warrants only to the initial purchaser of this product for a period of one year from pur- chase from an Authorized DVDO Reseller, that the product will be free of electrical and mechanical defects that materially af- fect the product’s operation as described in this User’s Man- ual. DVDO’s sole obligation shall be, at its sole option, to re- pair or replace the product with equivalent or better, or to re- fund the net original purchase price.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FIT- NESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM PURCHASE; ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, IN- CLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON- INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAM- AGES. IN NO EVENT WILL DVDO’S LIABILITY TO YOU, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLI- GENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
