ADJUSTMENT, CHAIN TENSION
•Remove spark plug lead.
•Loosen two guide bar nuts (I), if necessary.
•Hold the bar nose up, and turn the adjuster screw (L) clockwise until the chain touches the bottom of the bar.
•Tighten both guide bar nuts with bar nose held up.
IMPORTANT!
Tighten guide bar nuts to 90 – 110 kgf/cm (80 – 95 in. lbs.) DO NOT
•Pull the saw chain around the guide bar by hand. Reduce chain tension, if you feel tight spots.
•Keep chain properly tensioned at all times.
NOTE
All chains require frequent adjustments.
