How to operate the AREA SHOT function (U.S.A. only)

Turn the [SEL] button to select the saving file.The selection file name is highlighted.

Press the [SEL] button.

The selected file will be saved. "READING" is displayed while data is being imported. When reading has finished, [Completed] will appear on the display and then it will return to the display for selecting the function mode.

When using a Memory Stick:

Data downloaded from the ECLIPSE web site (E-iSERV) is saved to folders created in the Memory Stick as shown below.

●Files that can be imported into your deck are created automatically when downloaded from E-iSERV.

●All of searched route maps and guidance information are stored

in these automatically created files.

● The file name can be changed using 8 alphameric characters X (space cannot be used);

When using a CD-R:

●The deck can only import files from CD-R that have been written in root directories.

*CD-ROMs written in MODE2_FORM2 cannot be read.

Do not turn the power or ignition switch off while reading. Interrupting reading process might corrupt the data.
