8.4.6 Initial effect – This function allows a user to create and assign a custom “Home
Position.” Adjusting the Pan and Tilt values then locking those values into the fixture’s
internal memory creates the new “Home” position. Restoring the fixture’s factory values
can erase this setting.
8.4.7 Restore Default – This function is used to restore the factory settings of the
device. All settings will be set back to the default values (shaded). Any edited scenes will
be lost.
8.5 Reset Functions: The reset function returns a motor to the “Home” position. There are
several reset functions available on this fixture. The list below details the functionality of
each available selection.
Reset All: This function will reset all internal motors to the home position.
Reset Pan and Tilt: This function will only reset the pan and tilt motors to the home
position.
8.6 Effect Adjust:
8.6.1 Test Channel – This menu function allows the user to select each individual
fixture channel and test it’s function independently from the control board.
8.6.2 Manual Control –This function will center the pan and tilt motors and bring all
LEDs to 100%, then allowing manual control of all functions. The pan and tilt
function will still operate if the fixture needs to be positioned to a flat clear surface.
8.6.3 Calibrate values – This function should only be performed by a technician
familiar with the operations of fixtures of this type. This function allows a user to
make small adjustments to the motor alignment to compensate for wear or a
sensor slightly out of place. Because improper use of this function can result in
undesired operation this function has been password protected. The password is
050 and must be entered each time the calibration menu function is entered.
