INTRO SCAN PLAYBACK
This feature allows you to play just the first 10 seconds of each track on the disc. This may be useful when you are trying to locate a specific song but you do not remember the title.
Load the disc as usual and wait until the display shows the total playing time and number of tracks. Press the MODE button inside cassette key cover, until the INTRO indicator flashes in the display.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE 
button. The player will play the first 10 seconds of each track automatically. When the first 10 seconds of the last track has played the player stops and the display again shows the total playing time and number of tracks on the disc.
To cancel the Intro mode press the MODE button until the INTRO indicator disappears. Intro mode can also be canceled by pressing the STOP 
button.
RANDOM PLAYBACK
This feature allows you to play all the tracks on a disc in random order.
Load the disc as usual and wait until the display shows the total playing time and number of tracks. Press the MODE button four times. The RANDOM indicator flashes in the display.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE 
button.The tracks will be played in random order. After all tracks have played the player stops and the display again shows the total playing time and number of tracks.
To cancel the Random mode press the MODE button until the RANDOM indicator disappears.
Random mode can also be canceled by pressing the STOP 
button.
