When background printing is off

Follow the steps below to cancel the print job.
1. Press the Ppower button to turn off the printer.
2. Hold down the J command key on your keyboard and press
the period (.) key to cancel the print job.

(the serial number label is on the back of the printer)

❏Brand and model of your computer
❏Printer software version
(click About in your printer driver)
❏Windows version that you are using
❏Software application(s) you normally use with your printer
and their version number(s)
