Press the [Focus] button on the document camera or the [Auto
Focus] button on the remote control. Your document is
automatically focused.

To sharpen hard-to-focus objects, press the [Menu] button and
select Image > Focus. Use the [ ] and [ ] arrow buttons to
adjust the focus.

To zoom in on part of the image, press the [Zoom] - [z] button on
the document camera or remote control. Press the [Zoom] - [x]
button to zoom out.
Freezing an ImagePress and release the [ ] button to freeze the image. (If you press and
hold the button, it saves the image to internal memory. s p.32)
After freezing the image, you can remove your document while leaving its
image displayed on the screen. Place your next document under the camera
lens and press the button again; your presentation continues without
interruption.
Displaying Small Objects Up CloseTo display a small object, lower the camera arm. You can place the lens
within approximately 10 cm (4 inches) of the object.
To further enlarge an object, press the [Zoom] - [z] button on the
document camera or remote control. Press the [Zoom] - [x] button to
zoom out.

You can zoom up to 10x digitally, with lossless magnification up to
2x.
To display objects as seen through a microscope, use the included
microscope adapter.
AButtons
BAdapter ring

Attach the microscope adapter to the image rotation dial. Press
the buttons and push the adapter in.

Place the camera head with the adapter directly over the
microscope lens. Fit the adapter to the diameter of the eyepiece
by pulling out the adapter ring. It extends up to about 5 mm
(1/4 inch).

Press the [Menu] button and select Image > Micro scope > On.
This optimizes the brightness, contrast, and other image settings
for use with a microscope.
