6. Turn on the camera and your computer system.

Connecting to a MacintoshFollow these steps to connect the camera to a Macintosh:
1. Make sure the camera and your computer are turned
off. Also make sure the LCD monitor is turned off .
2. Locate the modem port and the printer port on the
back of your computer. The ports should be labelled
with icons.
3. Connect the long serial cable to the short Macintosh
adapter cable, then tighten the screws. Line up the
serial connector on the short cable with either the
modem or the printer port on your computer , an d
insert the connector.
