Frequently used external numbers are stored as ”common

 

abbreviated numbers” in the exchange.

 

Up to 14 ”individual abbreviated numbers” (your personal

 

most frequently used external numbers) can be stored and

 

used. You have two options to do this:

 

Via a programmable key

Option 1

 

4 individual abbreviated numbers can be programmed on the

 

keys A to D.

 

Via the keypad

Option 2

 

10 individual abbreviated numbers can be programmed on

 

the keys ”**0” to ”**9”.
