5.Position the fabric so that the needle is
2mm (1/16 inch) in front of thearea to be
darned, and then lower the presser foot
lever.
Whenlowering the presserfoot, do not push
in thefront of the presserfoot, otherwisethe
darningwill notbe sewn with thecorrect size.
PleaseNote:
Pass the upper thread down through the
hole in the presser foot. Pull down the
buttonhole lever then push it back. The
buttonhole lever is positioned behind the
bracket on the buttonhole foot. Gently hold
the end of the upper thread in your left
hand, and then start sewing.
When you select any buttonhole pattern or
darning pattern, LCD screen will show
the figure " ", it is to remind you
to lower the buttonhole lever.
Please Note:
If the sewing range is toobig to sew, then
we suggest you can sew several times (or
crosssew) to get better sewing result.
Darning stitches are sewn from the front of
the presser foot to the back, as shown.
